This outline of tour conditions represents part of the terms of transaction stipulated in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Law, and the contract specifying services rendered for travel and other matters as stated in Article 12-5 of the law.

1. Operations
   1. Hakubus is operated by JHN Travel LTD.

2. Application for Agent Organized Tours
   1. A customer can complete an application for an agent organized tour by completing the online application for a reservation on the Hakubus Service
   2. The customer shall pay in full all fees required at the time of application.
3. Special Conditions
   1. All customers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
   2. Customers with special needs shall inform JHN of these needs when making an application. JHN will attempt to comply with these requests when feasible and reasonable.
   3. JHN may refuse customer participation in the event JHN deems the guest is likely to interfere with the smooth operation of package tours.
   4. If in the course of the package, the customer needs medical attention, or other assistance, all costs incurred are to be met by the customer.
4. Included in the package / tour fare
   1. Transport services as outlined in the tour itinerary.
   2. Baggage to be limited to one piece of luggage, either a regular suit case or a ski / snowboard "coffin", plus 1 small carry on item.
   3. All taxes and service charges are included.
5. Payment
   1. Payment is made by credit card after reservation confirmation has been sent
6. Operator Warranty
   1. JHN warrants that all operations carried out directly by JHN conform to the relevant laws of Japan.
   2. JHN warrants that it has contracted fully licensed transport operators as external suppliers.
7. Liability
   1. JHN accepts no liability for missed connections, or delays. In no circumstances will JHN pay for hotel accommodation, or alternative transport arrangements due to missed connections.
8. Cancellation of package tour by JHN due to extraordinary circumstances.
   1. JHN may cancel the package at anytime when the following circumstances prevent the smooth operation of a tour:
      1. Natural disasters
      2. Civil unrest or War
      3. Weather conditions
      4. Government orders
      5. Other circumstances beyond JHN's control.
   2. In the event of such a cancellation, JHN shall refund to the customer all fares paid by the customer to JHN.
   3. In the event a tour is cancelled after the commencement of the tour, then JHN shall refund a portion of the tour fare depending on the amount of service utilized.
9. Cancellation of tour package by customer
   1. The customer shall be able to cancel the contract by paying JHN the following cancellation fees.
      1. Cancellation more than 45 days before start of tour - 20% of tour charge.
      2. Cancellation more than 10 days but less than 45 days before start of tour - 50% of tour charge
      3. Cancellation 10 days or less before start of tour - 100% of total package charge
   2. JHN shall refund the remaining amount of the received tour fare after deducting cancellation charges.
10. Changes to Itinerary
    1. Passengers may change their travel dates at no charge up until 14 days before travel.
    2. For changes less than 14 days before travel, a charge of 2,000yen per person is required
